In his role as Spokesman and Community Relations Coordinator for the Buffalo Public School District and Kenmore-Town of Tonawanda Union Free School District, Stefan was responsible for planning huge events that involved United States Senators, Governors, Mayors, and business executives of the highest levels. Juggling multiple schedules, caterers, locations, and the occasional difficult politician was an important part of the job.

Dan owns “Doc’s Lakeside Seafood and Steakhouse” and we planned a huge event at the restaurant to raise money for a good cause, serve some delicious food, and gain news exposure for the business. You can imagine the organizational skills to plan and successfully implement the “World’s Largest Lobster Roll.” The event was a huge success. We raised money for cancer research, cooked up an almost 70-foot lobster roll, served it to hundreds of people, and received positive news coverage from across New York State.
